About Delivery
We understand the anticipation and excitement you feel while waiting for your order. That's why we've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about our delivery processes.
What is the order processing time?
Shipping times correspond to the time required to prepare and send your package after your order is placed.
A complete order, available in stock and validated by credit card, is processed within an average of 24 to 48 hours.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times correspond to the transport time between our warehouse and your chosen delivery point.
Our average delivery times are 4 to 9 business days.
This time depends on many factors such as product size, the transport company, or even geopolitical reasons. However, we do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
In very rare cases, the delivery time may be longer than stated above. We invite you to contact us if that is the case.
My order is incomplete, what should I do?
It is possible that the items in your order are shipped from multiple shipping centers and delivered a few days apart.
If even after several days your order is partially delivered or you are missing a tracking number, we invite you to contact our customer service.
What should I do if I don't receive my order or it arrives damaged?
If you encounter problems such as not receiving your order or it arriving damaged, please contact our support team at: contact@petzeals.com. Our dedicated team will be happy to help you find an appropriate solution. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
