These Terms of Sale govern any order placed via petzeals.com, operated by Northstar Mesa LLC (hereinafter "Petzeal" or "we"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale without reservation.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding. Petzeal reserves the right to modify the product catalog at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency of your market, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility unless a current promotion applies. Petzeal reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are billed at the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order

The order is confirmed after:

  1. Adding products to the cart
  2. Entering shipping and billing information
  3. Choosing a shipping method
  4. Payment and confirmation

A confirmation email is sent upon validation. Petzeal reserves the right to cancel any order presenting a fraud risk or in the event of product unavailability, with a full refund in the latter case.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (bank card, etc.). Debit occurs at order confirmation. No banking data is stored by Petzeal.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses. Delivery times are indicative and shown at checkout. Petzeal cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.

For orders not received within the indicated timeframe, contact us at contact@petzeals.com. In the event of confirmed package loss by the carrier, Petzeal will reship or provide a full refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to personalized products made to your specifications.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@petzeals.com with your order number. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request via the payment method used at purchase.

8. Legal Guarantees

EU consumers are protected by:

  • Legal conformity guarantee: 2 years from delivery (EU Directive 2019/771)
  • Guarantee against hidden defects: under applicable national law

In the event of non-conformity, you may request repair, replacement, or refund.

All website content (texts, images, logos, descriptions) belongs to Northstar Mesa LLC or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

12. Liability

Petzeal shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or purchased products, within the limits permitted by applicable law. Petzeal's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are subject to the law applicable in your country of residence with regard to consumer rights. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the competent courts of your country of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Petzeal reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect at the time of the order applies to that order.
