Preparation and Shipping
We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible. Preparation time is 1 to 3 business days (72 hours maximum) from payment confirmation, depending on the current order volume.
Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you by email when your package is shipped. If you have not received your order within the estimated time, contact us at contact@petzeals.com with your order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed clearly before confirming your order. Free shipping may be offered from a certain order amount depending on current promotions.
Customs and Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival of the package in your country. These costs are the recipient's responsibility and are governed by local regulations. Petzeal cannot be held liable for these charges.
Lost or Damaged Package
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@petzeals.com as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps with the carrier and offer you a suitable solution: reshipping or full refund.
