Cancellation policy
Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This policy clarifies how to modify or cancel such purchases.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the frequency and duration selected at the time of your order.
Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged at each renewal, unless you have chosen to pay in advance. Some subscriptions renew automatically upon expiry.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or via the link in the order confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pre-orders
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is out of stock or will soon be available. Depending on the product, a partial deposit or no payment may be required at the time of order — the remaining balance is charged on the shipping date.
You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been processed. Once processed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a full or partial refund in accordance with our return policy.
Try Before You Buy
For certain products, we offer try-before-you-buy. Your payment method is pre-authorized at the time of order. You have a set period to decide whether to keep or return the item. After this period without a return, the full amount is charged to your payment method.
