Petzeal Return and Refund Policy

Return policy:

At Petzeal, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please review our detailed returns policy below.

1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item to us. After this period, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange the item.

2. Return Conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it: new, unused and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is essential to make the return.

3. Items Excluded from Return: Certain types of items cannot be returned for health or safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to: food, flowers, intimate products, flammable liquids. Customizable products are also non-refundable.

Excluded Products Returns are excluded for different types of goods, including:

• Gift Certificates
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also accept the return of intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

4. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method.

5. Sale Items: Only full price items are eligible for reimbursement. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. Return Costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. These fees are non-refundable.
